Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pipeq, operated by ProSoft900. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pipeq is a team task-management tool: workspaces, kanban boards, cards, checklists and notes. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pipeq.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights using the service;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service;
• access another user’s data without authorisation.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and display it so we can run the service for you and your team.

Workspace ownership

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can configure columns, invite and remove members. Deleting an owner account permanently deletes the whole workspace and all its data; members are warned and must confirm before this happens.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited as set out in [LIABILITY / GOVERNING LAW].

Termination

You can stop using Pipeq and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
