Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Molochkov, Georgia (“we”, “us”), the operator of Pipeq. You accept them when you create an account. If you use Pipeq for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf.

The service

Pipeq is a task board for teams: teams, boards, cards, checklists, comments and files. It is in early access and free of charge. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement. If we shut Pipeq down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep access to your email and Google account secure: whoever controls them can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Teams

• The person who creates a team is its owner. Owners manage the board’s columns and team settings and can remove members. Any member can invite people.
• An owner who removes you from a team takes away your access to it at once. Your account and your other teams stay.
• When the last owner leaves or deletes their account, the longest-standing member becomes owner. A team with no members left is deleted with all its content.
• What you post in a team stays with the team if you leave it or delete your account, without your name.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright, privacy and trade secrets;
• upload illegal content, malware, or content that harasses or threatens others;
• send invitations to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or use Pipeq to send spam;
• attempt to access other teams’ data, probe, disrupt or overload the service, or get around its limits;
• resell the service or access it by automated means other than the app.

If you break these terms, we may remove the content concerned or suspend or close your account. We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law forbids it or you used Pipeq for fraud or abuse, and you can reply to contest it.

Reporting illegal content

Email privacy@pipeq.app with the address of the content, why you think it is illegal, and your name and email. We review every notice, act on it without undue delay and tell you what we decided. Authorities can reach us at the same address. We handle notices in English.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you post. You allow us to store, copy, display and transmit it only as needed to run Pipeq for you and your teams. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Pipeq is provided as it is during early access. We work to keep it running and your data safe and backed up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Pipeq is limited to 50 US dollars.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Pipeq and delete your account at any time under More, Delete account. We may close accounts that break these terms, as described under Acceptable use, or end the service as described under The service.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
