Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Pipeq (“we”, the service) collects, why, and the rights you have over it. Pipeq is operated by ProSoft900, [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For any privacy request, contact us at prosoft900@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture. You may add a bio.
  • Content you create: workspaces, cards, checklists, notes and activity you add while using the service.
  • Authentication data: session tokens stored in strictly-necessary cookies so you stay signed in.

We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, and we set no non-essential cookies — so no cookie-consent banner is required.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To provide the service — performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where your data is stored

Data is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). We use a small number of processors to run the service:

  • Hetzner (Germany, EU) — hosting and database.
  • Google — Google Sign-In, when you choose it. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend — delivery of sign-in (magic-link) emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased without undue delay (see below). Expired sign-in tokens are cleared automatically.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data:

  • Access & portability: export all your data as JSON from More → Export my data (Art. 15 & 20).
  • Erasure: delete your account from More → Delete account (Art. 17). This is permanent and immediate.
  • Rectification: edit your name and bio in your profile.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Pipeq is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. The date above reflects the latest revision.
